COVID-19 Update - 4th May 2020
The health and safety of our customers and employees is - and will always remain - our top priority. During the evolving COVID-19 situation, we are dedicated to keeping you informed on what we are doing to make your travel decisions and experiences as worry-free as possible.
We’re taking guidance from the NHS, WHO, EASA, the UK CAA and other agencies, which recommends regular and rigorous cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take during the spread of Coronavirus(COVID-19). We are closely monitoring developments and staying appraised of all protocols recommended by government agencies and internal teams in order to provide the appropriate travel and safety protection measures for everyone.
In addition to our standard cleaning procedures, we have taken additional proactive measures including a thorough wipe down of all touch-points on the helicopters, with disinfectant throughout the day. As part of standard practice, we will be removing headsets from the main cabin (although these will be available on request and cleaned after use), sanitising door knobs, light/vent knobs in the cabin and any commonly-touched areas in the operation, including areas that only Crews have access to, between each flight.
To provide additional seperation between passengers and crew we have installed a clear partition between the cockpit and cabin of our charter Agusta 109s. The AW169s already have existing partitions.
